Phyllis Ann Conrad, age 69, of Main Street in Ravenna, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the Fordsville Nursing and Rehab Center following a short illness. She was born June 27, 1955, in Clark County, and was the daughter of the late Ray McKinney and Margaret Estes Embree. She was a Retired Hairdresser, and she had lived in Estill County for most of her life. She is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 21, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Newton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
