Philip Charles Noland, age 72, of Hudson Avenue in Irvine, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at his home following a short illness. He was born October 9, 1953, in Madison County, and was the son of the late Obie K. and Betty L. Woolery Noland. He was a retired conductor with the CSX Railroad and was a member of the VFW. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

His nieces and nephews: Morgen Garner, Christian Noland, Olivia Stotts, Ava Stotts, and Evan Stotts
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Obie Jarrod Lee Noland.
A memorial service will be conducted Monday, May 11, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
