Paul Edward Flinchum, age 67, of Mountain Crest Drive in Irvine, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, at his home following a long illness. He was born June 27, 1956, in Lee County and was the son of the late Chester William and Frieda Ruth Cole Flinchum. He was a former cook with the Lee County High School and a member of the Sandfield Pentecostal Church of God. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn Joyce Canter.
Private graveside services will be conducted. The Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
