Patsy Charlene Barnes Puckett, age 61, of Winchester Road in Irvine, passed away July 13 at the University of Kentucky Hospital after a sudden illness.She was born December 22, 1953, in Estill County, the daughter of the late Charlie and Jewel Christine Willoughby Barnes.She was a retired teacher with the Estill County School System and a clinical educator at Eastern Kentucky University.She attended the Corinth Christian Church and had lived in Estill County all of her life.She is survived by: Her Husband:Robert Wayne Puckett 1 Daughter: Christina Kissick (Kyle)Ohio 1 Son:Stuart Puckett (Rikki)Lexington 4 Sisters: Barbara Hunter (Terry)North Carolina Peggy Perkins (Steve)Lexington Connie Glasson (Tracy) Irvine Bonnie Riddell (James) Winchester 4 Brothers: Jimmie Barnes (Debbie)Irvine Johnie Barnes (Helen)Berea Raleigh Barnes (Cindy) Indiana Tommy Barnes (Pam)Irvine 4 Grandchildren: Cole, Erin, Avery, and Simon Kissick She was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Dean and Lonnie Barnes. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro.
