Obituary for Paggie M. Harris
Paggie Mays Harris, age 90, of Winston Road in Irvine passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, at her home following a long illness.She was born December 13, 1922 in Lee County and was the daughter of the late Jim and Emma Stamper Mays.She was a retired Westinghouse employee and a member of the Grace Bible Church.She had lived in Estill County most of her life.She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Whitted and Carl Harris.She is survived by: 2 Daughters:Shirley Crowe ; husband, Wallace Estill Co. Wanda Davis ; husband, Pleas Estill Co. 1 Son:Wallace Whitted ; wife, Ann Estill Co. 11 Grandchildren:Emma, Ralph, Paggie, O.B., Tim, Melinda, Jackie, Rhonda, Sharon, Stanley and Regina 19 Great Grandchildren 1 Great-Great Grandchild She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Linda Charlton, 3 step-children; Della Owens, Jackie Whitted and Darren Harris, 3 sisters; Emma Caudill, Rebecca Hunter and Anna May Ingram, 5 brothers; Wilburn, Jimmy, Charlie, Johnny and Bobby Mays and 4 grandchildren; Gary, Steven, Tony and Billy. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 22, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Buford Powell.Burial will be at the Turpin Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
