Ona L. Mansfield Smeltzer, age 93, of West Cedar Grove Road in Irvine passed away Friday, July 11, 2014, at her home following a long illness.She was born May 5, 1921 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Martha Johnston Mansfield.She was retired from Miles and was a member of the Plymouth United Church of Christ.She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan R. Smeltzer.She is survived by: Her son:Henry W. Scheidt, IV Elkhart, IN 3 Sisters:Myrtle Rose Irvine Mary Hochadel St. Petersburg, FL Duluth Witt Irvine 2 Grandchildren:Kristin Hill ; husband, Anthony and Azure Scheidt 2 Great Grandchildren:Avery and Courtni She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Scheidt, 1 sister, Minnie Withers and 3 brothers:Elbert, William E. and James Mansfield. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 15, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Ronald Lutes.Burial will be at the Violett Cemetery in Goshen, Indiana.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
