Omer Beckley, age 93, of Highway 587 in Beattyville passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital following a short illness.He was born January 11, 1923 in Estill County and was the son of the late John and Seafronia Stewart Beckley.He was retired employee of Bundy Tubing and a member of the Southside Church of Christ.He is survived by: His wife:Gracie V. Rogers Beckley 1 Daughter:Joy Carolyn Beckley Lee Co. 1 Son:Lloyd Wayne Beckley ; wife, Sue Carol Estill Co. 1 Sister:Emma Flannery Estill Co. 1 Grandchild:L.W. Beckley ; wife, Emily 1 Great Grandchild:Will Beckley He was preceded in death by 1 grandchild, Chad Beckley, 4 sisters: Lizzie Couch, Eliza Noe, Fannie Noe and Louise Johnson and 3 brothers; Eddie, Ward and Willy Beckley. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 14, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Tom Reece and Bro. Joe Fox.Burial will be at the Donnelly Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 AM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
