Oliver Rawlins, Jr., age 57, of Darley Creek in Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014, after a long illness.He was born July 2, 1956 in Estill County and was the son of the late Oliver Sr. and Marjorie Back Rawlins.He was a carpenter and had lived in Montgomery County most of his life. He is survived by: 1 Daughter:Amanda Rawlins Mt. Sterling 1 Son:Steven Rawlins Mt. Sterling 4 Sisters:Rita Mayse Jeffersonville Gayle Hall Anderson, IN Nellie Willoughby Jeffersonville Anita Willoughby Jeffersonville 3 Brothers:Jerry Rawlins Estill Co. Owen Rawlins Jeffersonville John Pelfrey Florida 3 Grandchildren:Kearsten, Breonna and Arthur 'A.J.' Johnson He was preceded in death by 1 son, Matthew Rawlins, 2 sisters; Sandra Martin and Lydia Ann Wells and 1 brother, Robert Lewis Pelfrey. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 19, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will be at the Rawlins Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 AM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
