Norma R. Hall, age 91, of Sandhill Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital.She was born July 20, 1922 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Hyman and Bessie Lee Witt Richardson.She was a former employee of Cincinnati Suburban Bell and co-owner of the Driftwood Resort in Max, Minnesota.She was a member of the Sandhill Christian Church.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Truman Harper and her second husband, Henry Garrett Hall.She is survived by: 1 sister:Lois Hensler Daytona Beach, FL Several nieces and nephews including her caretaker, Christopher Richardson 6 step-daughters:Carrie Marstella ; husband, Glenn Clark Co. Betty Spry ; husband, James Clark Co. Thelma Jordan ; husband, Melvin Clark Co. Rose Etta Spry ; husband, HarvieClark Co. Brenda Christopher ; husband, Bobby, Clark Co. Patricia Wilds Clark Co. 5 step-sons:Wendell Hall ; wife, Hazel Texas James Hall ; wife, Patsy Texas Henry Garret Hall, Jr. ; wife, Rhonda Texas David Hall ; wife, Margaret Texas Lowell Thomas Hall ; wife, Carolyn Ohio She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Susan Lee Harper and 5 brothers; Glendon C., C.D., R.L., Orville C. and George G. Richardson. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 28, 1 PM at the Sandhill Christian Church by Bro. Matt Vaught.Burial will be at the Sandhill Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home and after 12 PM Saturday at the Sandhill Christian Church.
