Obituary for Norma C. Starling Ronson
Norma C. Starling Ronson, age 95, of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the Irvine Nursing ; Rehabilitation Center following a short illness. She was born December 16, 1920 in Washington, DC and was the daughter of the late Albert and Francis Davis Chipman. She was former bookkeeper with the Georgetown Insurance Company and a member of the Interfaith Chapel in Leisure World, Maryland. She had lived in Maryland most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert L. Starling and Richard W. Ronson. She is survived by: 1 Son: Robbie Starling ; wife, Susan Estill Co. 1 Sister: Jean Donaldson Silver Spring, Maryland 1 Brother: Francis Chipman Florida 2 Grandchildren: Micheal ; Matthew Starling She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Albert Chipman, Jr. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
