Nancy Carol Hall McDowell, age 62, of Elmer Richardson Road in Irvine passed away Friday, July 3, 2015, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born October 6, 1952 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Dewey Eldon and Juanita Norton Hall. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of God. She had lived in Estill County all of her life. She is survived by: Her husband: Thomas Edward McDowell 2 Daughters: Brenda Gayle Roberts Powell Co. Tina Renee Spencer Powell Co. 3 Sons: Thomas Dewayne McDowell Estill Co. Michael Edward McDowell Estill Co. Steven Dewey McDowell Estill Co. 1 Sister: Nettie Baker Estill Co. 3 Brothers: Eldon Hall Estill Co. Kenny Hall Estill Co. Jeff Hall Estill Co. 6 Grandchildren: James Michael McDowell, Ceira Nicole McDowell, Kendra Renee McDowell, Ryan Tyler McDowell, Riley Hope McDowell and Andrew McDowell She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Connie Hall and 2 grandchildren, William Austin Dale Spencer and Michael Logan McDowell. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 7, 11 AM at the Pea Ridge Holiness Church by Bro. Beverly Arvin and Bro. Jerry Rose. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 PM Monday at the Pea Ridge Holiness Church.
