Millard Lee Banks, age 81, a resident of the Lee County Care and Rehabilitation Center passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013, at the Center.He was born May 9, 1932 in Estill County and was the son of the late Jane Gillespie Banks.He was a taxi driver and a veteran of the United States Navy.He had lived in Estill County most of his life.He was preceded in death by his wife, Hallie Walters Banks.He is survived by: 1 Daughter:Pamela Banks Gentry Irvine 2 Sons:Millard Wayne Banks Irvine Jerry Lee Banks Irvine 4 Grandchildren Private services will be conducted at a later date.Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
