Mildred Louise 'Tootsie' Jones Means Scott, age 66, of Reges Road in Irvine passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at her home.She was born September 24, 1945 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Cleve and Fannie Rucker Jones.She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.She had lived in Estill County all of her life.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Ray Means, Sr.She is survived by: Her husband:Teddy R. Scott 3 Daughters:Angela Clowers ; husband, Joey Irvine Carolyn Clowers ; husband, Billy Irvine Christina Scott South Carolina 5 Sons:Michael Means ; wife, Leela Texas Stan Means ; wife, Michelle Estill Co. Kenneth Ray 'Therm' Means, Jr. ; wife, Vicki Irvine Daryl Means ; wife, Kamara Ohio Ben Scott ; wife, Katie California A niece who was like a daughter, Chelsa Howard Estill Co. A nephew who was like a son, Russell Warner Estill Co. 1 Sister:Mattie Warner Estill Co. 3 Brothers:Wayne Jones Ohio Kenneth 'Red' Jones Estill Co. Gary Jones Ohio 18 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren 1 Great-Niece who was like a granddaughter She was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Lillian Brooks, Edna Marie Sparks and Helen Jones and 3 brothers; Stanley, Robert and Elbert Jones. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 5, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Gary Evans.Burial will be at the Salem Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
