Michelle Lee Hoover, age 53, of Leighton Road in Irvine, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at her home following a long illness. She was born July 15, 1970, in Fayette County and was the daughter of the late Charles Robinson and Drucilla Walling Gross. She was a 911 Dispatcher for the Estill County Fiscal Court and she had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:

8 grandchildren: Jagan Hinds, Taylor Turpin, Jaxson Turpin, Emma Turpin, Braxton Griffith, Braden Griffith, Niva Griffith, and Noah Griffith
2 nieces: Laura Reed and Cailyn Gross
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie C. Gross, and her nephew, Dustin Young.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 23, 11 AM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Gross Point Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 PM.
