Mary Lee Powell, age 83, of Wallace Circle in Irvine, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Marcum and Wallace Hospital following a long illness. She was born February 29, 1940, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late James and Callie Case Fielder. She was a Seamstress and a Homemaker. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Christian Church and she had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:

5 great grandchildren: Katelyn Worley, Kamryn Worley, Kyden Worley, Kennedy Haydon, and Ella Haydon
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Emma Tipton and Elizabeth Crowe, and 1 brother, J.W. Fielder.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 19, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Tory Jones officiating. Burial will be at the Cobb Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
