Mary Lee Carrizales, age 55, of Warner Lane in Irvine, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025, at her home following a short illness. She was born November 11, 1969, in Madison County, and was the daughter of Harold Warner and the late Marilyn Warren Warner. She was a nurse and former employee of Commonwealth Home Health and attended the Bethel Christian Church. She had lived in Estill County most of her life. Survivors in addition to her father include:

Brandi (Adam) Puckett - Estill Co.
1 sister: Rebecca Warner - Montgomery Co.
Her companion: John Peel
7 grandchildren: Alyson Hall, Bailee Hall, Gracelynn Puckett, Raeleigh Puckett, Adam Michael Puckett, Jed Puckett, and Nevaeh Puckett
5 nieces: Heather LeAnne Holbrook, Bethany Warner, Maia Lamb, Elizabeth Warner, and Abigayle Warner
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Wayne Warner, Jr. and her nephew, Jonathan Warner.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, August 25, 1 PM at the Warner Cemetery with Bro. Alan Epperson officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
