Mary Elsie Plowman Osborne, age 90, of Sarvice Hollow Road in Irvine passed away Monday, July 29, 2013, at her home.She was born September 1, 1922 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Isaac and Susan McKinney Plowman.She was a homemaker and attended the Church of God.She had lived in Estill County all of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlie Osborne.She is survived by: 1 Daughter:Edith Osborne ; husband, Donnie Isaacs Irvine 1 Son:Ronald Osborne ; wife, Helen Irvine Son-in-law:Bruce Puckett Irvine 1 Brother:Herman Plowman ; wife, Lillian Norwood, OH 6 Grandchildren:Timothy Puckett ; wife, April Venissa Puckett Cross ; husband, Chris Penny Kelley ; Andy Newton Rebecca Young ; husband, Jason Mardy Stamper Rennie Renae McKinney ; husband, Thomas 11 Great Grandchildren 5 Great-Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Thedus Osborne Puckett, 7 brothers ; sisters, 1 great granddaughter, Cassandra Lynn McKinney and 1 great-great grandson. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 2, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro.
