Obituary for Marvin Patrick

Marvin Patrick, age 74, of Dry Branch Road in Irvine, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, at his home following a long illness. He was born October 24, 1949, in Estill County and was the son of the late Clarence Patrick and Hazel Crawford Patrick. He retired from RAPT and was of the Christian Faith. Marvin enjoyed restoring old classic cars, watching Neesa Lynn play softball, Bryce play baseball, and listening to Logan play the guitar. He was a former member of the Mischief Band for 31 years, and former president of the Twin City Cruisers. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

His wife: Pamela Kelly Patrick

1 daughter: Stephanie (Lynn) West  -     Estill Co.

1 son: Justin (Heather) Patrick  -     Estill Co.

1 sister: Linda Johnson  -      Estill Co.

3 grandchildren: James Logan Patrick, Neesa Lynn West, and Bryce Clay Patrick

2 special nieces: Lisa (Glenn) Johnson Cox and Teresa (Dennis) Richardson Cole

2 special great nieces: Kelsie (Travis) Holliday and Montana Dawn Johnson

1 special great nephew: Trey Richardson

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother, Jennings Patrick, and his Mischief Brothers, Jack Webb, Danny Neal, and Jerry Rice

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 24, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Watson officiating. Burial will be at the Patrick Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
