Marshall Ray Marcum, age 77, of White Oak Road in Irvine, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born January 4, 1946 in Estill County and was the son of the late Rosevelt and Lizzie Tyree Marcum. He had worked at Crouch’s Auto, Tipton Motor Co. and Bunt Gross Auto Sales. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

LaDonna (Darrell) Muncy
Several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Ora Lee Blackson, Hazel Marcum and 4 brothers, David, Otha, Jackie and Douglas Marcum.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 12, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glyndon Woosley officiating. Burial will be at the White Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12 to 2 PM.
