Obituary for Margie Clark

Margie Rose Clark, age 73, passed away March 19, 2026, with her devoted husband by her side. She fought a good fight to the end. She was born in McKee on October 19, 1951. She was born to the late Hobart and Elzon A. Rose both from McKee. She was preceded in death by two loving sisters, Helen (Dewey) Rose of McKee and Suze (Roy) Cole of Irvine.

Margie was a devoted wife of 53 years to her loving husband, Leroy Clark. They had one daughter, Margaret Edmonson and her partner Phillip Riddell, and one grandson, Casey Edmonson, both of Irvine.

Margie had a great love for the outdoors and weekend trips to Wal-Mart and Goodwill. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and trips to the creek with Leroy. She was always quick with a smile and a giggle and never missed the opportunity to pet a dog passing by or give ear scratches to a horse when the occasion came up.

Margie had a large, loving extended family that included many brothers and sisters-in-law that she loved and had many special memories with: Hilyard & Arleane Clark, George & Carolyn Clark, Ora Comley & Junior Hisel, Nina & James Johnson, Leon & Lorene Clark, David & Ireane Clark, and Darvol & JoAnn Clark. Many special nieces and nephews, too many to count. Two special nurse’s aides, Peyton Alexander and Jessare Stone for their love and kindness. Margie was kind and loving but in the evenings, she enjoyed her special coffee time with her beloved cousins, Bertha and Jennifer Rose and all the late-night video chats with Vicki and Mate and Becky who always included her and made her giggle.

Margie’s wishes were for cremation, and she asked for no service. Those were her wishes and as her family, we will obey her final wish.
