Luther Martin Overbay, age 58, of Bradley Drive in Richmond, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at the Compassionate Care Center following a long illness. He was born September 11, 1961 in Estill County and was the son of Mary Jane Walton Overbay and the late Raymond Overbay. He was a heavy equipment operator and had lived in Madison County most of his life. Survivors in addition to his mother include:

Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services will be held with burial at the Walton Cemetery.
