Obituary for Louise Tipton Neal
Louise Tipton Neal, age 73, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center. She was born September 19, 1939 in Estill County, a daughter of the late Albert Rice and Elizabeth McIntosh Tipton. She was a homemaker and a member of River Drive Christian Church. She had lived in Estill County all of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arlie Neal. She is survived by: One Son: Jamie D. Neal, Louisville, KY One Sister: Rose Lee Turner, Estill County One Brother: Charlie Tipton, Estill County Two grandchildren: Benjamin Elliott Neal, Lexington, KY Christian Avery Neal, Richmond, KY In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Dorothy Gross and Lorene Gibbs; and one brother, Arnold Tipton. Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens by Bro. Marty Frazier. There will be no visitation. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
