Obituary for Loretta Cox Scenters
Loretta Cox Scenters, age 86, of Evergreen Drive in Irvine passed away Monday, November 3, 2014, at the Irvine Nursing ; Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.She was born May 29, 1928 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Coleman and Nannie Byrd Cox.She was a retired Carhartt, Inc. employee and attended the Crystal Holiness Church.She had lived in Estill Co. all of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Scenters. She is survived by: 2 Daughters:Joann Jones ; husband, Scott Irvine Betty Bishop ; husband, Paul Irvine 3 Grandchildren 5 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Carrie Isaacs and 2 brothers; Ray Cox and Lloyd Byrd. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 6, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jerry Rose.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 AM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
