Loretta Ann Tipton Crowe, age 82, of 5th Street in Ravenna, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond following a short illness. She was born September 7, 1942, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Warren Tipton and Aileen Hamilton Tipton. She retired from Square D, and she was a member of the Ravenna Church of God and the Red Hat Society. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:

3 great grandchildren: Wyatt Noland, Sawyer O’Keefe, and Lola Jean Douglas
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Ruth Moreland and Thelma Thomas, and 4 brothers, Delmus, Ronnie, Gary, and James Tipton
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 3, 11 AM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Turpin Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM.
