Obituary for Linda Louise Williams

Linda Louise Hunt Williams, 84, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026.

Born on December 9, 1941, Linda was a lifelong resident of Irvine, where she built a life centered around faith, family, and community. She was the beloved daughter of the late James Eugene Hunt and Louise Hunt.

Linda was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Billy F. “Red” Williams Sr. The two were married on November 23, 1961, in Irvine, Kentucky, and shared 56 years of loving marriage before his passing. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Larry Eugene Hunt and Charles Michael Hunt.

Linda was a dedicated beautician for more than 20 years, touching the lives of many through her work, kindness, and conversation. Above all, she was a loving mother and homemaker who created a warm and caring home for her family.

She is survived by her beloved sons, William Todd Williams (Melba) and Billy F. “BEE” Williams II (Andrea); her cherished grandchildren, Lauren (Scott Luginbill), Evan Williams, Noah Williams (Kiely), and Luke Williams; and her great-grandchild, Barrett Michael Williams. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Linda had a love for travel and enjoyed seeing the world, creating lasting memories along the way. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and a devoted member of Irvine First Christian Church, where her faith guided her life and relationships.

Linda will be remembered for her loving spirit, her strong faith, and her unwavering devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, March 21, 4 PM at the Irvine First Christian Church with Bro. Matt Higle and Bro. Greg Humpert officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 PM at the Church.


In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Irvine First Christian Church, Christian Women's Fellowship.
