Linda Fay Wood Sullivan, age 85, of Corinth Road in Irvine, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Saint Joeseph East Hospital in Lexington following a long illness. She was born January 11, 1941, in Estill County, and was the daughter of the late Ocie B. Wood and Tena Harris Wood. She retired from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, and she was a member of the Dunaway Methodist Church and the Bluegrass Iris Society. Linda was an avid UK fan. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jerome G. “Jerry” Sullivan, and she is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 6, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Hall officiating. Burial will be at the Wood-Curtis Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
