Lillian McIntosh Plowman, age 89, of Cityscape Drive in Covington, KY, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at her home. She was born December 10, 1935, in Lee County and was the daughter of the late Roy and Geneva McKinney McIntosh. She was a homemaker and a member of the Vineyard Central Church in Norwood, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Herman W. Plowman, her parents, and two sisters, Juanita McIntosh Johnson and Phyllis McIntosh Carroll. She is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 19, 3 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Josh Stoxen officiating. Burial will be at the Sparks Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 3 PM.
