Lilburn Burnis Riddell, age 91, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at the Community Hospital in Anderson, Indiana following a short illness. He was born January 7, 1934, in Estill County and was the son of the late Leonard Riddell and Zulah Oliver Riddell. He retired from KME Fire Apparatus, and he was a member of the Wisemantown Methodist Church and the Waco Masonic Lodge #338. He was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. Lilburn loved to hunt, fish, and be outdoors and he was an avid storyteller. He had lived in Madison County, Kentucky for the last 20 years. He is survived by:
2 daughters: Diana Scott (Michael) - Anderson, Indiana
Cheri Wills (Stacy) - Roanoke, Virginia
1 son: Darryl Riddell (Doris) - Anderson, Indiana
1 sister: Lois Ann Muncie - Estill Co.
12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla O’Mara Riddell, 1 daughter, Rita Greene, and 1 brother, Glendon Riddell
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Jones officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Shriners
