Ladonna Susie West Ballard, age 84, a resident of Dominion Senior Living, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024, at her home following a short illness. She was born August 31, 1940, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Tracy West and Nettie Powell West. She retired from Tracy West Oil and was a former West Irvine Postmaster. She was a Charter Member of the Ravenna Church of the Nazarene, and she had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:
2 sons: Gary (Jamie) Ballard - Estill Co.
Randy Ballard - Madison Co.
2 grandchildren: Shawn (Samantha) Ballard and Jon Tracy (Sara) Ballard
3 great grandchildren: Coco, Chandler, and Boston
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Janice Miller and Tula Prewitt
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Dominion Senior Living, Marcum and Wallace Hospital, and Hospice for providing care and comfort in the transition of life to Heaven.

A celebration of life will be held in the Spring of 2025. The Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
