Osborne, age 55, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Tuesday at the Vitas Hospice of the Drake Center in Cincinnati, after an extended illness.She was born December 26, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Hadie R. and Phyllis J. Johnson Shouse.She was a homemaker.She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Meaghan Osborne Middletown, OH Haley Osborne Cincinnati, OH 3 Sisters: Valerie Markley (Duke) Middletown, OH Bonnie Osborne (Mitchell) Foster, KY Amy Coomer (David) Jeffersonville, KY 3 Brothers: Phillip Shouse (Mary Ellen) Barry Shouse (Robin) Louisville, KY Garry Shouse (Julie) Goshen, OH Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 1 PM at the Crossroads Community Church by Bro. Duke Markley with burial to follow at the Cobb Hill Cemetery.Friends may call after 12 PM Saturday at the church.
