Obituary for Kenneth Dawes
Kenneth Dawes, age 71, of Grindstone Road in Irvine passed away Friday, January 18, 2013 at Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born December 22, 1941 in Estill County and was a son of the late Frank and Grace Embry Dawes. He was a retired auto body worker and had lived in Estill County all of his life. He is survived by: His Wife: Mayme Kirby Dawes, Estill County Two Daughters: Paula Snowden (Shannon) Shelbyville, KY Diane Harris (Rick) Estill County Four Sisters: Ann Tipton, Estill County Mildred Brinegar, Estill County Carolyn Sue Murphy, Estill County Louise Cox, Indiana One Brother: Leon Dawes, Estill County One Granddaughter: Olivia Lauren Snowden One Step-Grandson: Andrew Snowden He was preceded in death by one sister, Loretta Witt; and one brother, Jimmy Dawes Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home chapel by Bro. Hargus Gordon. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Sunday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
