Katherine Canter, age 81, of Jodi Lane in Irvine passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.She was born July 5, 1933 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Clay and Ethel Wells McQueen.She was a member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church and had lived in Estill County all of her life.She is survived by: Her foster-brother:Tracy McQueen, Sr. Estill Co. Special foster-nephew:Tracy McQueen, Jr. Other foster-nieces and nephews:Dawn (Simon) Mortimer, Kelly (Bill) Harlow, Susan McQueen and Patrick McQueen Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 2, 12 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Carl Dennis Williams.Burial will be at the Campbell Cemetery.Friends may call after 10 AM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Pallbearers:Tracy McQueen, Jr., Patrick McQueen, Benjamin McQueen, Jonathan McQueen, Bill Harlow, William Harlow, Conner Harlow and Simon Mortimer
