Joyce Dean Riddell, age 78, of Sydney Lane in Irvine passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, at the Bluegrass Hospice Care Center following a long illness. She was born June 30, 1939 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Marion and Bessie Hardy Willis. She was a homemaker who loved the Lord and had lived in Estill County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lee Riddell. She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Patricia Abney ; husband, Tim Irvine Peggy Turner Irvine 1 Son: William Riddell Irvine 4 Sisters: Nannie Hunt Irvine Myrtle Neal Irvine Judy Oaks Irvine Sharrion Anderson Winchester 3 Brothers: Farrell Willis Irvine Herman Willis Irvine Cash Willis Irvine 6 Grandchildren 18 Great Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren A very special friend: Beverly Dawes She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Betty Riddell and 4 brothers; Charles, Bill, Paul and Beverly Willis. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 26, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose. Burial will be at the Hardy Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
