Joyce Ann Neal, age 86, of Cow Creek Road in Ravenna, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born July 19, 1939, in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Clark Abney and Mary Margaret Walling Abney. She retired from The Twin, and she was a member of the Cow Creek Baptist Church and a former member of the Homemaker Club. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She is survived by:

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, January 11, 2 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Lahrmer officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12 to 2 PM.
