Josephine Richardson Ramsey, age 79, of North Minor Lane in Irvine passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the Compassionate Care Center following a short illness.She was born May 25, 1935 in Jackson County and was the daughter of the late Hershel and Ola B. Cox Richardson.She was a homemaker and a member of the True Vine Ministry.She had lived in Estill County most of her life.She is survived by: Her husband:Cecil Ramsey 2 Daughters:Eva Gross ; husband, Randal Estill Co. Bonnie Ellington ; husband, Terry Madison Co. 2 Sisters:Eva Abney Estill Co. Eunice Woolery Mississippi 1 Brother:Glen Richardson Estill Co. 6 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 4 brothers; Charles, Norman, Melvin and Ray Richardson. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 12, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Terry Barnes.Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
