JoAnn Patrick, age 64, of Lynn Road in Lexington passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014, at the Baptist Health Lexington.She was born November 6, 1950 in Richmond and was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Modena Johnson Osborne.She was a retired cook with Meals on Wheels at the Trinity Hill Methodist Church.She was a member of the Southland Christian Church and had lived in Fayette County most of her life.She is survived by: Her husband:Willard Clay Patrick 1 Daughter:Pamela Jill Rogers Lexington 3 Sisters:Lillie Sturgiss Allie Fair Noland Martha Flynn 1 Brother:Wade Osborne 2 Grandchildren:Matthew Childers Patrick and Jason Clay Rogers Special Niece: Tiffany Patrick Special Nephew: Billy Wayne Metcalf She was preceded in death by her sister, Ina Metcalf and 16 half-brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 8, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Dan R. Bishop.Burial will be at the Cobb Hill Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
