Obituary for Jeweldean Young
Jeweldean Young, age 74, of Leighton Road in Irvine passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the Compassionate Care Center following a long illness. She was born February 18, 1944 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Dillard and Daisy Canter Newton. She was a retired Irvine Health ; Rehabilitation Center employee and a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Young. She is survived by: 3 Daughters: Wilma Miller Estill Co. Evelina Young Estill Co. Shirley Stevens Estill Co. 1 Son: Frankie S. (Tammy) Young Estill Co. 2 Sisters: Annie Berryman Estill Co. Rosetta Barnes Louisville 2 Brothers: Shelby Newton Estill Co. Manford Newton Estill Co. 11 Grandchildren 4 Step-Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren 3 Step-Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Virginia Lee Young, 2 sisters; Farrell Jean Newton and Christine Hopper and 5 brothers; Ed, George, Jimmy, Odell and Junior Newton. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 6, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Dunn Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
