Jessie Mae Lamb Kelley Adkins Neal, age 80, of Eli Sparks Road in Irvine, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Irvine Nursing and Rehab Center following a long illness. She was born March 18, 1943, in Madison County and was the daughter of the late James W. Lamb and Agnes Gross Lamb. She was a Homemaker and attended the New Bethel Baptist Church #2. She had lived in Estill County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Neal, and she is survived by:

Rhonda (Timothy) Puckett - Estill Co.
Agnes Faye (Donald) Ross - Estill Co.
3 sons: Stanley (Sharon) Kelley - Estill Co.
Jimmy Kelley - Estill Co.
Billy (Loretta) Kelly - Estill Co.
1 sister: Breanda (Bobby) Horn - Cincinnati, OH
2 brothers: Dawson (Marie) Lamb - Estill Co.
Norman (Marion) Lamb - Madison Co.
Daughter-in-Law: Wilma Kelley - Estill Co.
14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren
Lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by 1 son, Richard Kelley, 2 sisters, Marie Evans and Alberta Wirth, 6 brothers, Brock, Herman, James “Junebug”, Robert Paul, Billy, and Roger Lamb, and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 16, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Lloyd Woolery officiating. Burial will be at the Lamb-Neal Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6 to 9 PM at the Funeral Home.
