Jeffery Allen Chaney, age 64, of Covey Road in Irvine, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023, at his home. He was born February 4, 1959, in Rushville, Indiana and was the son of the late Donald and Shirley Kent Chaney. He worked in Construction and he had lived in Estill County for most of his life.
