Jean Elizabeth “Libby” Chaney, age 63, of Barnes Mountain Road in Irvine, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born October 2, 1960, in Ft. Thomas and was the daughter of Jimmy Lee and Phyllis Richardson Williams. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She was a member of the Easter Valley Baptist Church and had lived in Estill County most of her life. Survivors in addition to her father and mother include:

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 26, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Chaney and Bro. Kevin Chaney officiating. Burial will be at the Richardson Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM.
