Janice Eudell Conrad, age 74, of Ironworks Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.She was born February 4, 1941 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Tracy and Nannie Mae Bryant Winburn.She was a homemaker and volunteered at the Estill County Food Bank.She attended the Full Gospel Evangelistic Ministries and had lived in Estill County most of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Conrad.She is survived by: 1 Daughter:Ona Carlline 'CJ' Conrad Irvine 1 Son:Raymond Wendell Conrad Irvine 4 Sisters:Alice Carol Maples Oklahoma Margaret Pitts Irvine Wanda Tillery Irvine Elaine Gray Irvine 1 Brother:Paul Ray Winburn Lexington 1 Grandchild: Jerame Conrad She was preceded in death by 2 children; Barbara Sue Conrad and David Randall Conrad, 2 sisters; Hazel King and Ruby Rader and 3 brothers; Leon, Donald and Dean Winburn. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 2, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Larry Collins and Bro. Jeff Hobbs.Burial will be at the Winburn-Witt Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Jeremy Conrad, Raymond Conrad, Nick Horn, Kevin Horn, Jerry Rose, Bill Taulbee, William Hall and Michael Miller Honorary Pallbearer:Paul Ray Winburn
