James Roy Fowler, Jr., age 39, of Hallie Irvine Street in Richmond passed away Friday, February 8, 2013, at his home.He was born June 5, 1973 in Estill County and was the son of Geraldine Burton Fowler Griffith and the late James Roy Fowler.He was an employee of Scenic Home Restoration.Survivors in addition to his mother include: His wife:Melissa Yarber Fowler 2 Daughters:Brittany Nicole Fowler Garrard Co. Shelby Lynn Fowler Madison Co. 2 Sons:Adrian Scott Fowler Garrard Co. Caden James Fowler Madison Co. 1 Brother:Albert Lee Fowler Garrard Co. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Adrien Levoy Griffith. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 12, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Valerie H. Johnson.Burial will be at the Sparks Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
