James Price Patrick, age 74, of Richmond, KY, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Baptist Health, Lexington following a short illness. He was born December 6, 1948, in Estill County. He was the son of the late Dillard and Opal Patrick. He retired from the University of Kentucky where he worked in the cooling plant. He attended Faith Baptist Church in Richmond, KY. He served in the United States Army as a medic and served in Korea. He is survived by:

In addition, he is survived by a host of nieces and nephews, and a very special nephew, Xavier White.
He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, William Patrick, Willard Patrick, Freddy Patrick, and Larry Patrick and 2 sisters, Marie Warmouth and Vivian Flynn.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 1, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Elwood Patrick officiating. Burial will be at the Cobb Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM.
