Obituary for James Preston Shuler
James Preston Shuler, age 80, of Furnace Junction Road in Ravenna passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital following a short illness.He was born October 5, 1935 in Estill County and was the son of the late Elery and Louann Tipton Shuler.He was a retired employee of Smyth Lumber Company and a member of the Gum Springs Church of God.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Edna Shuler 3 Daughters:Carol Ann Hamilton Illinois Cynthia Neal Estill Co. Nellie P. Rogers Estill Co. 3 Sisters:Celia Babb Ohio Betty Shuler Estill Co. Wanda Lynch Estill Co. 1 Brother:Lloyd Shuler Estill Co. 2 Grandchildren:Melissa Hamilton and Jennifer Banks 1 Great Grandchild:Alexander Banks He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Kenneth Shuler, 1 son-in-law, Mark S. Hamilton and 1 grandchild, Mark James Hamilton. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 4, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Glen Case and Bro. Larry Frymyer.Burial will be at the Crowe Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
