Israel Shane Mills, age 38, of Old Landing Road in Irvine, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was born March 8, 1982 in Fayette County and was the son of Langford Ray Mills and Janie Carol Martin Mosley. He was a construction worker and a member of the Rice Station Christian Church. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. Survivors in addition to his father and mother include:
