Isaac Napier, age 83, of Broadway in Irvine passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at his home following a short illness.He was born April 7, 1930 in Perry County and was the son of the late Floyd and Middie Spencer Napier.He was a retired supervisor with CSX Railroad.He was a member of the Irvine United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge in Krypton, KY.He had lived in Estill County most of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Amanda Campbell Napier 1 Daughter:Maxine Puckett ; husband, Doug Estill Co. 2 Sons:Rick Napier ; wife, Jenny Estill Co. Isaac Napier, Jr. Estill Co. 1 Sister:Faye Napier Georgia 2 Brothers:Burns Napier Cincinnati Bob Napier Cincinnati 6 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Lucinda and Ruby and 3 brothers; Rex, Floyd Jr. and Will. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 13, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Kevin Puckett.Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
