Hugh Junior Kirby, age 78, of Pea Ridge Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at his home following a long illness.He was born August 14, 1933 in Estill County and was the son of the late Elihue and Hallie Kirby.He was a retired brick layer and attended the Holiness Church.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Bertha Wolfinbarger Kirby 2 Daughters:Willa Creech, Waco Benita Erkenbrecher, Estill Co. 1 Sister:Elizabeth Hardy, Estill Co. 1 Brother:Lewis Kirby, Estill Co. 3 Grandchildren:Michael Lainhart, Melissa Erkenbrecher, Elizabeth Perez 3 Great Grandchildren:Hailey Larrison, Hannah Larrison ; Maci Lainhart He was preceded in death by his first wife, Arzella Babb Kirby, 4 sisters; Alberta Ashcraft, Maggie Hardy, Chaney Riddell ; Mattie Walters and 4 brothers; Joe, Millard, Robert and Eugene Kirby. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 25, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Sidney Sparks, Jr.Burial will be at the Kirby Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
