Herman Walter Plowman, age 91, of Cityscape Drive in Covington, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at his home following a short illness. He was born January 23, 1934, in Estill County and was the son of the late Isaac Plowman and Susan McKinney Plowman. Herman was a United States Army Veteran. He was also a retired Truck Driver for Micro Metal Finishing and a member of the Vinyard Central Church in Norwood, Ohio. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 10, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Josh Stoxen officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12 to 1 PM.
