Henry Merrill Ballard, age 72, of Willow Tree Lane in Ravenna passed away Monday, September 3, 2012, at his home.He was born July 31, 1940 in Estill County and was the son of the late Henry and Ella Sparks Ballard.He was a retired mechanic and farmer and had lived in Estill County most of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Barbara Joann Harrison Ballard 3 Daughters:Merle Lynn Norman ; husband, Joe Richmond Sherrie Ballard Isaacs ; husband, ScottEstill Co. Ella Marie Neikirk ; husband, CurtisLexington 2 Sisters:Lynette Shouse Dayton, OH Ida Smith Richmond 4 Brothers:D.B. Ballard Ohio Beverly Ballard Indiana Ivan Ballard Richmond Wayne Ballard Lexington 2 Granddaughters:Amanda Lynn Pennington ; husband, Richie Tessney Rene Isaacs 1 Great Grandchild:Kaleigh Pennington He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Nova Wieleba, Armilda Cline and Lillie Tate and 2 brothers; Lonnie and Charlie Hood Ballard. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 6, 6:30 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bob Mills.Burial will be at the Harrison Cemetery.Friends may call from 4:30 PM Thursday until service time at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
