Harold Ray Neal, age 63, of Jacqueline Court in Irvine, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness.He was born November 20, 1951 in Estill County, the son of the late Mid and Pearline Riddell Neal.He was a farmer and a carpenter and had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His Wife: Patsy Lynn Riddell Neal 4 Daughters: Tonya Neal Estill Donea Barnes Estill Regina Neal Estill Kristin Neal Estill A Son: Gregory Neal Estill 2 Sisters: Rebecca Staton Estill Mary Shannon Paris 4 Brothers: Hubert Reece Tennessee Larry Neal Estill Kenneth Neal Stanton Darrell Neal Estill 10 Grandchildren He was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Brian Ray Neal and Brandon Scott Neal. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Terry Barnes with burial to follow in the Oakdale Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 AM Wednesday until service time at the funeral home.
